My appointment was 2 weeks post op and was recommended by my surgeon as part of the recovery process. I'd never heard of MLD massages before, so I'm happy that I found Claire as she's been fantastic & very knowledgeable. I was still very sore & swollen when I first came to see her, but she managed to gently massage & drain alot of my fluids away during each session, with the added bonus of red light therapy to aid the healing. Claire always offered advice & provided helpful tips to aid my recovery & overall cosmetic results. I have just completed my final massage session & couldn't be happier!

Claire was amazing from start to finish, explained everything and was so gentle and reassuring with my post tummy tuck MLD. It is my Hubbie that visits Jack and he is very happy with the treatment. Jack went the extra and emailed some exercises to do at home too.

Great session, Jack was very professional and identified the issue straight away. We then worked on the area which was a great success. I highly recommend.

Excellent treatment, expert knowledge and stellar advice from Claire. Cupping convert thanks to today’s brilliant post-half marathon session which left me feeling as though she’s totally reset my tired, tension-filled legs, hips, shoulders and neck.
