My first experience with the healing treatment that is fire cupping was one that blew me away, Jenny knew exactly where my tension was stored and the release was almost instant, I could literally feel the tension melting out of my back and I actually fell into a deep sleep I was that relaxed. Even a few days on I am still noticing the effects and how much of a difference it has made, Anyone quite skeptical about trying fire cupping absolutely go for it, You'll feel a whole new person afterwards, it even lifted me mentally and emotionally! Fantastic lymphatic drainage (Brazilian) very different experience very relaxing yet invigorating. Jennie has done an amazing job I have definitely expelled so much fluid already (toilet visits) I have drank the 2ltrs recommended by Jennie. I had terrible water retention especially in my knee that has already improved. My joints feel better and my limbs fee lighter. The stretch and align is a really good method! Certainly not something I've had before but I feel like it's done a lot of good to loosen residiual tension all over my body. I'd recommend eveyone give it a go.

This really is Integrated Therapy at its finest! You don't need to be a millionaire living in Hollywood to access high quality effective treatments. Counselling for my PTSD, then cupping for my shoulder issues, followed by acupuncture for stress and anxiety relief. A full makeover within an hour. Who could ask for more 🙏
