1st time attending today and have already booked my next appointment. Cannot recommend going here enough! Walked in super sore and cannot rave how good the massage and cupping/needling was. I left feeling relaxed!

I recommend Mona for the remedial massage, she’s great & I didn’t want to leave. Initially I was dealing with bad tension headaches, teeth grinding problem & bad back. After the first session, I certainly had the best sleep, the teeth grinding seems to be less & the tension headaches has subsided. Just had my second one today. Thanks Mona!

Mona was caring as always, with cupping used to outline problem areas, and needling to relieve the symptoms. And the masseuse was brilliant

From this session of cupping Mona recognised that I wasn't in great shape, so my massage from Lisa, always firm, was more extensive. I'm very appreciative of that.

Mona’s hands really works like magic. I immediately felt relieved from the pain after seeing her today. Her expertise in what she’s doing sets her apart from the other places where you can get remedial massage. The combination of cupping, dry needling and massage is really good all pain points are covered and dealt with.

Alisa was awesome , gives great advice with what need to be done and is an absolute expert when it comes to it ! Had a really bad knot in my shoulder and using the method of cupping , she was able to get it of it almost instantly ! 10/10 🙏🙏
