Wonderful. The room was large so the therapist could move around easily. It smelt great. It was quiet as there was both a thick sliding door and a privacy curtain. There was a chair to sit and get changed, a box for a handbag and a pretty container for jewellery. Hooks to hang clothing. The therapist was lovely and checked if the massage intensity was fine. They didnt try to push products. There were only two things that could have improved the experience. A diffuser with essential oil, a herbal tea afterwards rather than a bottle of water so I could sit for a minute before heading off.

Booked to see David for a relaxation massage as was not sure what to ask for. Both my shoulders and back are tight with muscle pain. David talked to me and rightly suggested a remedial massage instead, targeting these specific areas. David immediately located the exact areas of pain and administered a firm as you wish to handle, pain relieving massage. It was evident from the pain and clicking sounds that there is some serious tightness. David demonstrated that he clearly has expertise and I will return for cupping or accupuncture. Venue is professional and relaxing with warm friendly staff.

I had a wonderful 90 minute aromatherapy massage it’s Elle and it was amazing! Throughly recommend Retreat Massage and Wellness if your looking for some relaxation or remedial therapy
