I have tried a lot of Sauna's around Auckland and Slowe is absolutely the best one. Clean, always hot enough, beautiful space with thoughtful details and lovely, genuine staff. I don't live in Takapuna any more but will happily continue to drive across the city for Slowe. I appreciate the off peak time specials also, big love!

A true hidden gem in Takapuna - wish I knew about Slowe Studio sooner. Feeling totally refreshed after my sauna + ice bath combo in such a beautiful & calming environment, I'll certainly be back soon!

Amazing experience and love coming here. Such care has been taken to make this a relaxing and calming experience. I was unsure about going somewhere to use a Sauna but this place exceeded my expectations. Beautiful music, lovely towels, calming decor and ultimate privacy has been considered. Far better than getting a Sauna at home where I would probably find every excuse not to take the valued time-out to use it. With Slowe, we can just show up and relax without distractions or even having to make any decisions. LOVE IT!
