Wow from first step in was treated so well by loveliest front staff lady, so reassuring and knowlegeable.. and the cryotherapy was amazing only iced skin not bones! Perfect for trying to jolt my skin into recovery for TSW.. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place and will be returning and recommending to others! :)

After having over a week off from Cryotherapy I started to notice I was waking up with aching muscles and joints. Back into it today to help with faster recovery and ease those aching muscles and joints.

That was interesting experience and I felt great afterward. I already booked another 3 cryotherapy sessions. Worth trying. Very pleasant stuff and nicely appointed spa and health club.

I loved this! Was lucky enough to win some vouchers and had a Cryotherapy session (was terrified but it was the BEST), an Infrared therapy session (so relaxing) and a Normatec compression session which was awesome. Will be back!

Fantastic staff, beautiful facility, still buzzing from my treatment!! (cryotherapy). Highly recommend, especially if you are lacking in energy all round- boosted my sense of wellness by well over 80% :)
