Cryotherapy has been literally life saving for me. I recently had a pap smear ( 4 mths ago) & my results came back as abnormal as there were cancer cells found. I couldn’t get into my gynaecologist specialist for a few months but I continued with my weekly Cryo & red light sessions. Finally my appointment came & my results showed no cancer at all. She asked me what have you been doing? Exercise, clean eating & regular cryotherapy sessions… Obviously I’m over the moon with my results & will continue my weekly Cryo sessions to keep as healthy as I possibly can 🙏🙌💕

The place is absolutely stunning, the lady was so lovely. Tried the Hyberbaric Chamber for the first time, was a weird feeling at first but I have felt so amazing for the rest of the afternoon, will 100% do it again. Also tried the spot cryotherapy on my knee and lower back as the pain has been so intense and the relief afterwards was insane and will defs be trying to do that regularly.

From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional, making me feel comfortable and informed about the process. The facility itself is state-of-the-art, clean, and equipped with the latest technology. The cryotherapy session was invigorating and refreshing. I felt an immediate boost in energy and a significant reduction in muscle soreness. The staff was attentive, ensuring I was comfortable and guiding me through every step of the session. I highly recommend Cryo King to anyone looking to enhance their wellness routine.

I recently tried a cryotherapy session, and it was such a unique experience! When I stepped into the chamber, I was a bit nervous about the cold, but the staff explained everything and made me feel comfortable. The temperature dropped quickly, and it was definitely intense, but it only lasted a few minutes. During the session, I felt a tingling sensation all over my body, and afterward, I felt surprisingly energised and refreshed. The whole process was quick, and I’d definitely consider doing it again!

I walked in off the street to enquire whether cryotherapy would help with a problem I had and Hayley was very friendly, helpful and professional. I was able to try cryotherapy straight away and was very happy with the results for my problem. I will definitely try again.

Cryotherapy was amazing!

Wow what an experience both a little scary and totally exhilarating. I went in for the Oxygen compression massage and the Cryotherapy. I have had a knee replacement and the recovery has been slow. Thought I would try something new. The staff recommended to me what to book in for and appointment was managed well. When I went for my appointment the staff were very informed of my problem knee. Will be back next week

Hayley was very welcoming and friendly. Explained everything thoroughly and made me feel comfortable. My treatments were LED Therapy, Oxygen Massage and Cryotherapy. Highly recommend you try any, or all of them!
