A lovely and friendly team greet you at the door, and the infrared saunas are beautifully appointed with a shower for cooling off when needed! Highly recommend. Other saunas in Canberra are more of a sports recovery, does the job but doesn’t provide a luxe experience, or is part of a bathhouse experience which is more expensive. Reju perfectly creates a wellness experience that is relaxing and beautifully designed.

Ricky and Emily are always so welcoming and friendly upon arrival. The effects of the cryotherapy session are great. You leave feeling different - lighter, clearer in the head and less stressed. I’ll definitely be back again soon xxx

I was met by an enthusiastic, friendly young man named Ricky who explained the treatments I'd booked as I'd selected three. Hyperbaric, compression and traditional sauna. I enjoyed them all and felt super relaxed upon finishing up with the sauna. Emily was there to see me out after my 2 hour total treatments and was met with an equally lovely and friendly demeanour. I feel well looked after! I'll definitely be back! Thank you!

I loved the service and enjoyed my cryotherapy.

My first time with the cryotherapy - wow! felt super energised and refreshed!

My first time to Reju and it was amazing! I opted for the Suana session. You actually get your own private suite for 45min, with your own shower, sauna (90°C) and sitting area. This place is was well thought out and the owner was very helpful. I highly recommend this place to anyone who enjoys body maintenance. I'll be back next time I'm in Canberra. Thanks Reju!

Had a wonderful time meeting Ricky and Emily this afternoon. Their passion and knowledge of the recovery space was awesome to experience. The dopamine high of cryotherapy was unreal! Perfect Marathon recovery and I cannot wait to explore more of the recovery options offered from such a lovely team.

Such a relaxing and calming space. Always leave feeling amazing.

Really love the space, it is so clean and relaxing. I have had a cryo facial and a number of infrared saunas and each time I leave feeling more relaxed. They are also very knowledgeable and always happy to answer any questions you may have.
