I booked for my mum and this is her first time experience. She was so relaxed she slept most of the appointment. She said the pressure of the massage was just right to make her feel relaxed and feeling good. Overall she was so happy she's going to book in again. I had the pamper package . 60 minutes massage + 30 minutes facial , it was perfect ! It actually exceeded my expectations. Is the perfect treat for yourself or if you are looking for a great gift!!!

Always feel refreshed after a two hour session for facial and body massage at Beauty Loft. I love the staff too for always looking after me and making sure I’m comfortable and the service they provide me is what I need. Highly recommend and will always be back. ❤️❤️❤️

Best beauty salon experience in Auckland! Sammy was amazing. She treated me with so much respect and put a lot of love into the services she gave me. She was thorough but also resourceful with time which I appreciated so I could maximise my weekend. I had the lash lift which results blew me away! Looked like falsies. And a perfect gel mani/pedi. Will be booking again to try the massage package with my partner soon.

It was a lovely treat. I found the massage technique was very fast movements which didn't really make it very relaxing . I did expect a foot massage with the pedicure however my nails were beat fully done. Thank you.
