As always my experience in the salon was nothing short of wonderful. Ellie is absolutely astounding at her job & made me feel so at ease when my previous extensionist unfortunately ruined my weave. There should be more than 5 stars!! Emma was fantastic, highly recommend this service to anyone who needs a pamper session. The head massage is to die for! As soon as you enter the building you feel at home, you are treated like family the second you arrive. Even after your amazing treatment, you are offered to stay in their relaxation room where you can help yourself to tea, juice and a great range of snacks. I could have moved in!! Overall it was such a pleasant experience and I will be back in a heartbeat to try out some of their other services. Huge thank you to Emma!

Lovely, relaxing experience! I loved all the different scalp treatments and facial - my hair and skin feel soft and glowing afterwards. The salon itself is gorgeous, and the relaxation room with drinks and treats is an added bonus. Would definitely recommend as a treat for yourself or a gift to someone else!

Treated myself and my daughter to the Bestie Head Spa Relaxation Experience. It was absolutely fantastic. The girls were both lovely and very professional. The new shop is beautiful, and had such a calm vibe. The treatments were amazing, would 100% recommend if your looking to pamper yourself, worth every penny. Even my wee one said she would give it a 10/10 and can't wait to go back! Thanks again girls!

Jennifer is so friendly and makes you feel very at ease.

Excellent bio repeel and micro-needling session. The beautician took the time to explain the treatment and made sure I felt comfortable and at ease at all times. Delighted with the treatment and results.

Came in today for the first time for a blow dry with Ellie and had a fantastic experience. The salon is absolutely gorgeous, the girls are really friendly and welcoming and my hair was beautiful when I was finished! Will definitely be back!
