Absolutely love visiting The Sculpt & Aesthetics Co and Nithela. So traquill and relaxing! All the treatments are amazing. The wooden roller has particularly helped me with my cellulite. I'm only a few treatments in on the beauty package, so looking forward to being able to show off the body at the beach in July. Would highly recommend!

Been going on the roller for about 2 years now and I thoroughly enjoy it. My cellulite has definitely reduced. I wouldn't be without it and Nithela is just wonderful.

Nicole was incredibly kind and made me feel completely comfortable from the moment I arrived. It was my first time having the Pro Skin 60 Facial and she made the whole experience so relaxing, whilst also taking the time to explain some of the tools and techniques as I asked questions. I walked out feeling refreshed, renewed, and exactly what I needed. Such a lovely experience. I enjoyed it so much that I’ve already booked in again for next month. Highly recommend!

I’ve just completed a 5 week course on the bike and have loved every minute of it! More that that, it has really helped to tone my legs, they’ve definitely changed shape for the better, and just in time for my holiday! Nora is absolutely lovely! Will definitely be back after my holiday to shed the lbs I’ll have put on! 😂 xx

5 stars really isn't enough! Nithela is so experienced, knowledgeable and instantly puts you at ease. Having struggled with my self image due to the size of my legs since my mid teens, the fat freezing, fat cavitation and radio frequency service provided has been a miracle - reduced my thighs by 19 inches! The experience and treatment has been genuinely life changing and my self confidence is soaring in a way it never has before! I'm able to wear shorts and skirts I'd never have dreamed of wearing before the treatment. I can't thank and recommend Nithela enough. I will be back for more!!

I recently had my first lymphatic drainage session, and it was such a refreshing and surprisingly powerful experience! The treatment was incredibly gentle yet deeply effective — unlike a traditional massage, the focus was on slow, rhythmic movements that helped reduce puffiness and left me feeling noticeably lighter and more relaxed. Right after the session, I could feel a difference — my body felt less bloated, my skin looked clearer, and I had this overall sense of calm and clarity. Over the next day or two, I noticed improved circulation and even a boost in energy levels. It’s amazing!!!

Nicole has done wonders to my skin. After 3 sessions of microneedling you can see a huge difference. My skin is glowing and my acne scars are fading so well. It's such a nice treat to go see Nicole and would recommend to everyone.
