An Absolutely Essential and Five-Star Experience! I cannot recommend Sasha highly enough— deserving of every one of these five stars. From the moment I met her, Sasha was incredibly friendly and professional, instantly putting me at ease. I arrived with issues in neck & shoulder areas. Sasha was extremely reassuring, taking the time to listen to my concerns without rushing and what impressed me most was how much knowledge Sasha has. The treatments have helped immensely and thankfully now on the right track.

I waited to leave this review so I could focus on the results. I’ve tried Botox at several clinics in Nottingham, but it often didn’t work well or last — even after top-ups. The clinic is spotless and has a calm, relaxing atmosphere that puts you at ease right away. What really sets Alice apart is her nursing background. Lovely place staff are always so friendly and professional. Especially Kam. I've been having my nails done by her since March this year. My nails were in an awful state but from her treatments and advice my nails strong and healthy. I would definitely recommend Zen services. 10 out of 10!
