Travelled from South Wales to do the Manchester Marathon this weekend and visited CryoLab twice before and after the race. Was so scared before it but Martine was absolutely amazing and so reassuring. To say the chamber helped with my niggles and muscle soreness was an understatement. I can honestly say this is the best clinic I’ve ever been to. From the moment you walk in, you feel you’re in safe and professional hands. Karolina is incredibly knowledgeable and truly cares about what is best for her clients. She always knows exactly what my skin needs and explains everything clearly. What I appreciate most is her honesty — she never recommends anything unnecessary and always focuses on natural results. After bad experiences elsewhere, Karolina quite literally saved my face and restored my confidence. I wouldn’t trust anyone else.

I have seen Anastasia at my daughter's recommendation. I went for plantar fascia and severe back pain and a burning sensation. She is very friendly, kind and understanding. Listens and observes her client and approaches with care and sensitivity. Her friendly approach makes you relax and trust her. She is extremely knowledgeable, and she explains everything very clearly. She doesn’t just give a massage she heals you with her healing hands. The exercises she gives afterwards are always helpful for the future. I will continue seeing her. Thank you very much, Anastasia.

Amazing!

Two sessions in for full body laser and I am obsessed with the results and the service! Danielle is so sweet, professional, and most importantly thorough. Made such a difference already. Lots of long term injuries I’ve had no idea how to improve, I was generally avoiding trying anywhere else. Talked through my issues and injuries, then started working through them (noticing such more movement, freedom and less pain since) and solid plan for home exercises too. Highly recommend, very professional and a lovely human too.
