I booked in for a massage after running the London Marathon, and Steph couldn’t have been more understanding of what I needed. I hobbled in and booked a deep tissue massage, it was exactly the pain relief I was looking for. She was brilliant, and the whole experience was incredibly calming. Thanks so much! I had the roll shaper massage, it's incredible how great that is for the body, I feel better, my legs are slimmer and the muscles are more relaxed. Even my sleep improved since when I started it. The 3 ladies are very lovely and welcoming, and make you feel completely at ease. That hour of massage becomes a precious me-time that I so look forward to, to unwind my mind from the hustle and bustle of London life. Thank you and I can't wait to be there again.:) D.

Another lovely visit to my fave London clinic, this time to have my first ever skin peel. It was a lovely treatment, no discomfort whatsoever. Dr Katharine explained everything that she was doing along the way and I left feeling like I had a relaxing Facial! After just one treatment (and immediately after!) my skin feels smooth and clean, looks soo much brighter and my pores minimised! #glowing thank you!!!!

One of the best relaxation massages I have ever had, Ela is simply amazing, with a beautiful and spiritual Esalen type of Energy that balances Chakra's, that I could easy to connect with. If I lived in London I would go to her weekly.
