Lovely and relaxing! Fantastic treatments and very friendly staff.

Fabulous massage, lovely setting snd wonderful team. A complimentary tea or coffee was provided after the treatment but had to pay for biscuits!

We had a 25 minute Shoulder, neck and back massage and a 25 express facial. The treatments were incredible, the therapist checked in to ensure we were warm, comfortable, enjoying the pressure and experience. We left feeling so relaxed and grateful. Wonderful experience would 100% recommend!

Received my first anti-wrinkle treatment today. Sophia was so professional, welcoming and made me feel comfortable immediately. Sophia thoroughly explained the treatment beforehand and kept me informed throughout the whole treatment. She was also happy to answer any of my questions. Exceptional, Ceri always asks if any specific concerns need addressing before treatment. Ceri is knowledgable, friendly & makes me feel so much better with pain really eased at the end of the appointment. Fantastic service.

Megan was excellent, the disturbing pain that was there when I got to the spa had disappeared after the treatment.

Very friendly, informative initial consultation with Sophia who only recommendeds a treatment that will benefit your concerns & took details of current products used etc. As someone who has sensitive skin I need to be able to trust the person providing any treatment & I've just booked in for a treatment with Sophia, so that says it all!

Overall good, but a couple of points for improvement 1) the room was cool, and so throughout I was not as relaxed as I should have been 2) Megan's hands were cold at the start, which detracted from the benefit - I did not mention this, as it would have interrupted the inevitable warm up and self-resolving of the problem 3) given 1), and I would anyway expect this, there should have been a rotation of hot or warm towels to keep me warm and relaxed 4) I would expect more checks on suitability of strength of effort being used through the treatment . . . NOT constantly, but at least 2 or 3x ?
