Ash is extremely conscientious in her work. My brows have never looked better since I've been having them done with Ash. I also have lash lifts which last longer than anywhere else I've tried. I've recently began leg cavitation treatments which do seem to make a difference.

I have been having various treatments for about 4 years at Javaani. This time I had jalupro hydro a jalupro young eyes skin boosters. As usual I feel completely at home and looked after at the clinic. Everything is extremely clean, well organised and calm. Dr Waquad and Anu are so kind and knowledgeable, taking time to understand your particular aesthetic concerns before advising on appropriate treatments and expected outcomes. From start to finish, Ashley was amazing. She fitted me in at short notice, worked around my schedule, and made the whole process effortless. During my brow lamination, she talked me through every step, checked I was comfortable, and made sure I left with results I loved. What really stood out was her honesty she advised against a lash lift as I still had a previous one present and didn’t want to damage my lashes. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely prioritises care over profit. Lovely conversation, spotless environment, and a truly relaxing experience. Highly recommend! True chefs kiss.

Excellent experience. Friendly and welcoming, and the clinic was very clean, professional and almost spa-like. The bikini line wax was quick, around 10 minutes and relatively pain-free, especially considering I hadn’t had one in a long time. Would definitely recommend.

Had a great experience with the team. They are very friendly and make you feel so comfortable. Anu is great in all aspects, the way she explains the process before and gives you advices. Always making sure you are comfortable and is extremely professional. The team along with Anu are great in addressing your concerns about your skin and genuinely wish to help you. I’ve been going to Ash for over a year, and honestly, I wouldn’t let anyone else touch my brows! I see her each month, alternating between a wax & tint and a brow lamination, and the results are always amazing. Ash is so skilled at what she does. We chat about what I’m looking to achieve and she makes it happen every time, always remembering my preference for tint/shape. Beyond her amazing professionalism, Ash is also the loveliest human. She is so warm and friendly and makes the appointment completely yours - you can choose to relax and have a pamper session or have a good natter.
