Alex was great and explained everything very thoroughly as it was my first time. The treatment was a little uncomfortable but not too painful. Brilliant massage! Really felt like it was doing something. I’ll sleep well tonight! Lovely people and atmosphere and lovely and quiet like I like for massage ( no constant chatter needed either way and I didn’t feel the need to make conversation as I usually do. I’ve just had my first microneedling treatment and honestly — I’m amazed! The whole experience was so professional . My skin already feels smoother, tighter, and has that fresh glow I’ve been missing. I was a bit nervous beforehand, but it was far more comfortable than I expected The therapist explained everything clearly, checked in throughout, and made me feel completely at ease. My face feels rejuvenated, and I can’t wait to see how it looks over the next few weeks as the collagen kicks in. Would definitely recommend
