Had the most incredible experience at Royal York Spa! A huge thank you to Anya for the kind invitation and for giving me the best facial ever. My skin feels absolutely refreshed and glowing. The facial included the most relaxing face, scalp, shoulders, and décolleté massage — pure bliss from start to finish. To top it all off, Anya surprised me with a freshly made juice and a beautiful handmade cream she created herself. Such a thoughtful and luxurious touch. Can’t wait to be back!

I have been coming to Olenza to see Olivera for facials for the last few years. I have acne issues and get large under skin pimples. The treatments have been the only thing to actually clear my skin and I tried so many things before this. She is professional, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. She was able to recommend Dermalogica products that help keep my skin clear and didn't irritate it. I have continued to come to Olenza for other skin treatments because I trust them so much. I would highly recommend Olenza.

Nurse Meena was very knowledgeable and I didn’t feel pressured. Her treatment advice was realistic and I will continue to see her. The front desk staff are very friendly.

Fabulous treatment. Great wash and massage!!! Victoria has a wonderful massage technique. The staff are very nice and kind. While you can blow dry your hair by yourself, I believe that the staff should do that quickly but without the styling. A former employee of free, used to come over while I tried to style it, but he would dry it and also put in a wave, for free, just because. He was always fun and I enjoyed talking with him.I don't blame him for moving to a Francophone community as they have more joie and charm than Toronto. The exception is the staff here at Olenza's

I had such an amazing experience with Lana! She was incredibly professional and made me feel completely at ease throughout my tox treatment. She explained everything clearly and tailored the approach to exactly what I needed. I also had an IV therapy session, and I left feeling refreshed, energized, and totally taken care of. I did medical grade microneedling with nurse Svetlana and so far pretty happy with how the whole process went. We did it with no numbing but it was still pretty tolerable. She was professional and took her time to explain what to expect after the procedure. The spa is very nice, the freshly squeezed juice is a nice touch! I will be back for my second treatment and might try one of their facials.
