This was something completely new for me,no idea at all how it worked,greeted by friendly staff member when arrived. Then Anna introduced herself we sat and chatted,then I viewed a video which was very clear on the unit that is used for colon cleansing along with showing clear instructions. Wow came to mind first the experience was totally amazing and such satisfaction the feeling of any long hidden away product stuck in my colon,I sighed many times,relief,wonderful. Starting this health adventure has been cathartic. My sleep has improved, my bloating has decreased, my hunger has faded.... overall feeling of wellness. I will be continuing on from my fourth colonic into a full parasite cleanse. The plan is to manage weight and fatigue. Watch this space. My husband is doing this with me and we both are feeling new. 11th June, I had the Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage Massage with Fiona at Hamptons Lounge, and it was absolutely fantastic. Fiona was professional, attentive, and made the whole experience incredibly relaxing. I felt lighter, refreshed, and so much better after the session. Today I had relax massage and it was fantasitc.
