My hair appointment was amazing, Keri really knows her stuff. My hair hadn't been touched in such a long time. My hair is extremely fine and thin to the point the ends of my hair were like cotton wool, very straggly and brittle. Keri has changed the look and feel of my hair completely, I had a colour treatment which is just beautiful. Keri talked me through everything she was doing and using at all times, I found it hard not to fall asleep at the wash basin as the strengthening treatments were used on my hair and scalp, I felt so relaxed. I travel from Kent to get my hair done as I don’t trust anyone else.This is the SEVENTH Time Kerri has refitted my extensions and I’ve had them for 2 years. With Kerri’s advice and aftercare my extensions are still in great condition and although a different colour(Kerri dyed them red) still look amazing.I’ve had so many hairstyles that I wouldn’t be able to create with my own hair and the extensions have been a massive confidence boost. The salon is so welcoming and a good laugh. Prices are great value for money wouldn’t go anywhere else.Thanks Kerri for your blood sweat, time and tears 😘

I had my makeup done by Chantelle and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Chantelle was professional, friendly, and chatty, which made me feel completely at ease. All of the staff were welcoming and lovely as well. My makeup looked absolutely flawless and lasted perfectly all day. I would highly recommend Chantelle and the team and will definitely be back!

I had my first facial with Kirsty prior to my wedding in a couple months and the experience was amazing! She listened to any skin concerns and asked lots of questions and always checked in with me throughout the treatment. She was so welcoming and looking forward to more appointments with her!

Another amazing appt with Keri for my colour & refit of my wefts. New technique for my weft to be fitted as going to keri for years now has improved the quality of my own hair to try other methods. So thankful to have Keri as my hairdresser for knowledge, patience & friendship. Highly recommended to everyone.

Amazing experience with Kirsty at Cloud Nine Beauty💎✨Kirsty made me feel so comfortable from the moment I walked in! I’d never had a facial treatment before and Kirsty kept me right and advised what was best for my skin type. I’m getting married in 6 months and have booked in for another facial next month to start the wedding skin prep. A lovely morning and came away with glowing, glass like skin, I can’t wait to get back in for my next one. Would thoroughly recommend Kirsty!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Keri is great and takes time and really listens. I went to keri with concerns my hair looked streaky and she took time to fix this and make it look much more natural but still lighter, exactly what I wanted. I took time and read reviews before I booked keri so I hope my review helps others to do the same xx

Keri is really friendly and knowledgeable. My colour was lovely and got matched perfectly with extentions, which I'm going back to get fitted in a couple of days. A lovely experience with someone who knows what they're talking about. She gave me alot of great advice about my hair. Looking forward to getting my extentions fitted and finishing my look.
