Ja, absoluut. Het is belangrijk om te controleren of je de make-uplook die je voor je grote dag hebt gekozen leuk vindt, zodat je tijd hebt om met andere stijlen te experimenteren als je dat niet doet.

Hoe kies ik de juiste make-up voor mijn huidskleur?

Make-upmerken hebben de neiging om de huidskleur te categoriseren als licht, medium, bruin of donker; om erachter te komen wat de jouwe is, heb je de boventoon en ondertoon van je huid nodig; je kunt dan je make-up kiezen op basis van de tinten die je huid aanvullen. Je kunt de ondertoon van je huid uitwerken door er in het natuurlijke licht naar te kijken: als het crème of ivoor is, heb je een lichte huid; als het karamel is, is het medium of bruin; en als het chocolade of mokka is, is het donker.
