I have recurring hair loss and damage issues and am very self conscious about my hair. This was my first time at Miss Hair Artistry, but I felt immediately comfortable with Jess, she was lovely and understanding and very helpful. The haircut was great and she talked me through everything and made suggestions for things I can do outside of the salon to improve my hair. I felt well looked after and will definitely be coming back to Moss and specifically Jess. The rest of the team who spoke with me were very friendly and helpful also. Highly recommend.
