Loved my haircut and my stylist is truly talented, but my hair wasn’t washed properly and lost freshness within hours. I’d booked the appointment with him and even arrived early, yet he tried to pass the blow-dry to someone else. When I requested he finish it, the styling felt rushed and didn’t last. Great cut, but the finishing fell short. Also the warmth we generally receive from their staff was missing today. Just an honest feedback.

Very nice! Loved my baby highlights with Samet and haircut, as well as the extensions done by Nargiza! Definitely recommend these two! I had all my doubts and questions answered patiently and professionally by the team and I am very happy that I chose Paulista as the salon to do what I wanted!

Robert Salon is great all the coiffures there are very good and the nail technicians are also very good. I had gone to the salon with really damaged hair, and they managed to fix it for me. Despite dying it regularly my hair is now healthy and bouncy and doing better than ever. The products they sell are real brand products and do what they are supposed to do (i had been sold fake products in other salons). I really recommend Robert Sain

merieme, is great when she gave me an extra hand massage while i am waiting for my hair colour to be done.

The concierge team via WhatsApp is kind, helpful and accommodating in booking and adjusting my appointments as needed. I’ve been to this salon twice now for a hair wash & blow dry. I loved my end results. The staff and owner are all attentive and exceptional.
