Rachel was so lovely at my first waxing appointment and made me feel so at ease! She is very bubbly and chatty which makes the experience so much more bearable and go a lot faster. She was very quick and efficient with the waxing and it was a lot less painful than I thought it would be. Felt really relaxed during my intimate waxing.

Absolutely brilliant experience today when getting my Brazilian wax! Honestly the best wax I've ever had, very little pain and I'm a wimp and I was put at complete ease! See you in 4 weeks xx

I had Lycon waxing with Cerys today. So pleased with the results and Cerys is absolutely amazing at her job, very thorough and professional.

The attention to detail provided for each service is beyond great. You almost feel like a part of a KLR family. I would recommend to anyone looking for nail, waxing (Hollywood), eyelashes etc to try KLR

Always met with friendly faces, great atmosphere and even better service. That’s why I keep returning and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Nothing is too much trouble for this lovely group to f girls.
