Second time visit and the great service was no coincidence. Excellent and caring throughout. Firstly, Bella postponed my appointment for me after I had found a lump. I attended a few weeks later after thankfully finding out the lump was benign, but I was still sore on my left hand side. Janelle was verbally caring and the massage treatment was tailored to the pressure I could accept, still giving me a good massage and getting rid of my knots, aches and pains. Followed by such a relaxing facial and I felt very well looked after, which was just what I needed. Will definitely return!

Lovely treatment from Lydia on Monday. She did an excellent job of my no polish mani and pedi, and I felt relaxed throughout. The treatment was a lovely accessible option for me as I don’t have time or funds to take care of my nails regularly myself. Lydia was a delight to meet and she was kind, friendly and chatty and kept her concentration on doing a fantastic job at the same time. I think she will do very well and I look forward to having this treatment with her again. And well done Bella Mia for giving a local young person this opportunity with a local business.

Lovely lady with a comfortable, warm and relaxing space. I had a massage and a facial, both treatments were great and deeply relaxing. Very good massage pressure, not for the faint hearted! Got out all my knots and some more I did not know about. Lovely technique in targeting troublesome areas. Facial also really lovely and again listened to regards your skin and let it rest whilst ending with more massage. Exactly what I needed and I will happily return.
