It was my first visit to the salon. So I was a bit nervous on arrival. Very professional attitude exhibited by the beautician especially as I received intimate waxing. The beautician put me at ease immediately and was considerate to my needs and emotions.

Booked for waxing with Jess. I hadn’t been to Mia Bella before but it was such a lovely experience. Jess was professional, friendly and made me feel comfortable. Would definitely recommend and looking forward to going back for more treatments!

Hannah was so precise with the brows waxing and even plucking the odds, her attention to detail is second to none, young lady takes a lot of pride in her work. The massage was something else, from the setting of the room with heater the lights even to finer details of lighting a candle, instant relaxation, hannah was professional and mindful, holding conversation but also just getting into her own groove setting a chilled relaxed comfotable silence. Her technique is fantastic. Perfect pressure, right enough of time spent on each part of the body, it was amazing! Job well done,, 👏
