First ever sugaring experience and can’t believe how pain free is was! I had the same Lyon waxer back in the UK for 10 years so was quite anxious finding someone in Australia after moving but I can confirm this will be my new waxing salon after such an amazing experience.

I have been a client of Nina's since My Beauty Shoppe opened. I cannot rate her highly enough. Nina's expertise & the gel bottle have made my nails what they are today. I would never trust another product or technician. One Million “Thank You’s” to The Angel that is Julia !! I just got my very first facial ever and (per the usual at Sweetlab 💕) I was very spoiled. The comfort, the communication and the commitment to all that is thoroughly Caring and thoughtful 🥹 Honestly, I cannot recommend enough this beautiful space for time out and self care. I got the 30min Oxygenating Enzyme Peel. But literally, any service… Any staff member here is incredible and attentive and just top notch. I cannot imagine going anywhere else 🥰

Sugaring is much less painful than waxing. It was my first time sugaring. I have been waxing since I was a teenager, and I was quite used to the pain of waxing but now in my mid 60's this is a much kinder. I will be continuing with sugaring from now on.

I had such an amazing experience. It was so relaxing I nearly fell asleep twice! I have very sensitive skin so I was concerned my skin might react to the products but Nina was upfront about what to expect and very accomodating and assuring, testing the products for a few minutes and checking with me if I felt any reaction, which I didn’t! The products were all very natural and smelt so fresh. I’ve actually never done a facial before because of fears around my sensitive skin but I got this as a birthday gift, and I’m so pleased to have found a place I will definitely be coming back to!
