Cannot rate Lou enough. An absolute delight, hilarious and so lovely. But I think the best quality I have found with her appointment's/waxing is she is so respectful, she checks every appointment what I want, if I am happy for her to proceed and being a bigger girl she has never made it feel like a problem waxing me. I have never felt so comfortable. I will rate her a million stars every time!

After many a not so nice Brazilian waxing experiences elsewhere I’ve finally found LaLa Beauty! I had my first wax today and I’m over the moon with it! What a lady on many levels! You couldn’t be anymore comfortable with intimate waxing than here! Also the massive plus is she gives you stickers afterwards.. if you know you know! 😂 This will be the only place I will go from now on. Most excellent.
