This was the best experience I've had at Bliss. First - Rachel is hands down the sweetest and most kind person I've met. She remembers me by name and previous designs I've had. She's always willing to help pick colors and offer any assistance. She's so kind and patient. Tina is FANTASTIC. I've never had her before. Nothing was a bother, she reassured me she could fix my broken toe nail and told me not to worry and that she'd take care of me. She did a brilliant job of my Disney nails design and suggested a simple yet cute matching toe design. I never felt rushed but she was so quick and effici
