I had booked this package from FL Aesthetics Clinic, and let me tell you—it was an absolute delight! From the moment I stepped into their serene oasis, I felt like I was transported to a world of relaxation and rejuvenation. The Cape Town Spa Escape Package at FL Aesthetics Clinic is a blissful 2-hour and 45-minute experience. Begin with a customized 60-minute full body massage, followed by a nourishing 60-minute facial tailored to the skin type. My toes were pampered with a 45-minute pedicure, and to top it off, I enjoyed a complimentary fresh tropical fruit juice, with serene ambiance

I recently indulged in a pregnancy full-body massage with Esnarth, and let me tell you—it was an absolute revelation! Her thoughtful use of the Natal Comfort pregnancy pillow allowed me to lie comfortably on my belly, a rare treat I hadn’t encountered elsewhere in the Cape Town area. The result? Pure bliss! My stress melted away, and those persistent aches and pains? Gone! I’m already eagerly anticipating my next session. Without a doubt, this was the best pregnancy massage I’ve ever experienced.

Wow! Incredible massage. I had a lot of pain in my upper body, shoulders and the lady was incredible at getting out the knots. Pressure was perfect. Honestly one of the best massages of my life. We had a 90 minutes massage here. Esnarth treated me and Patricia did my friend. The ladies are experts. They really know what they were doing and gave us a proper massage which makes us feel so much better afterwards. Their techniques were excellent and even better than what I had in Thailand. They make the stiff muscles relaxed, provides feel-good body stretches and gave us the exact massage pressure that we need. We would definitely go back again at FL Aesthetics Clinic. We would give them 10 stars if we could!

I had the absolute best massage I’ve probably ever received EVER from Jamila at this spa. It was super relaxing and she paid attention to the notes that I put in the form at intake. I will definitely be returning when I visit Cape Town again in the future.

I highly recommend this place and recommend getting a massage from Esnarth. I was in Cape Town for dance performance and was greatly aided by Esnarth's massage work. I saw her both pre and post show and each massage was tailored for what my body needed in those cases. Very professional and easy to communicate with. Amazing hands and the right amount pressure. She was even willing to try and work around my schedule. The massage clinic is very clean and inviting for relaxation. I felt super comfortable and will for sure book a massage with Esnarth the next time I'm in Cape Town.

This is great massage ever. And is great, everybody is very friendly and I basically floated out of there so relaxed did the massage leave me. Definitely I will tell all my friends about it, and will be back to treat myself again. The heated massage bed is such a nice touch and took me far to the depth of relaxation, highly recommended.

After two weeks of exploring Cape Town, my entire body was tense, tired, and aching. My eyes had seen everything they wanted to see, and my wanderlust for the month had been satisfied, but my body had definitely paid the price. A visit to FL Aesthetics Clinic and a massage by Esnarth was the perfect addition to my reset ritual before my flight back home.
