Had a day of luxury with my sister Biab nails followed by the “ winter warmer” package and a neals yard facial. Feet soaked whilst we had a hot drink with the winter warming oils . Think Christmas cloves and orange . Foot massage with gua sha was a new one for me and bliss. We then put robes on and were taken to the tranquil treatment room . Lay on the beds with blankets and peaceful music we were enjoyed a full body and scalp massage. By this point I’d lost all sense of time and location. The facial finished me off. I kept snoring as I was so relaxed! Utter bliss!

I had the date to bare body scrub All very clear regarding masks etc felt clean and safe I was dry brushed ( need to do this often) exfoliated and had a body masque applied front and back I was then given a head massage and left to rest ( sleep !)after I was moisturised and massaged with oil My skin feels so soft and I literally floated out !!

Alicia is such an amazing professional who really values her work and customers. She knows exactly what’s she doing ! I had a wonderful full body Wellbeing Massage and felt so refreshed and relaxed afterwards. Always a beautiful experience and I always leave feeling lighter. The wellbeing hub is an awesome space with a healing vibe and I'll definitely continue to be a regular user.

I am regular client at REM Studio from many years. Karolina managed to help me out with the worst body pains and long term health conditions, till the point I am only coming for meintenance and relax therapies. Regular Sauna infrared appointments made me feel much better as well as cupping and acupuncture. I also have to mention physio and 1:1 sessions where Karolina and her team choosing individual exercises, I am so happy and for a long time didn't feel as good as now. Thank you!

When you’re having one of those weeks that you are overwhelmed with stuff to do….things to think about and then you decide that you need to stop and look after yourself…..if it’s Alicia looking after you even better! She made my day! I feel restored after a full body massage!
