I love this place.It is the best invention ever.The salt cave it's so amazing.I need one that suffers with any kind of sinus problems or headaches or congestion.Oh, this is the place for you.The people there are so friendly and so caring... You are treated like family and home while you're there.One day, I will get to the other things that they offer.But when I think about the niagara salt cave, I think about the salt cave... I went with my daughter on a 2 for one day. It was very relaxing, and I just loved the hand and foot detox experience, my hands feel so soft even a day later. Almost fell asleep, that’s how relaxing the whole experience was!

There were three of us and we did the Hand and Foot Detox. We all really enjoyed it. I was a little worried because I don't like being hot but I was fine. We left feeling so relaxed. We will definitely be going back.

I had the most incredible experience at this salt cave healing spa. From start to finish, everything just felt peaceful, intentional, and honestly… a little magical. I started with a float session, and wow — it was like my whole mind and body finally exhaled. The salt cave was absolutely beautiful and so calming, and I could literally feel the tension melting out of my shoulders. The hands and feet detox was the perfect finishing touch. I walked out feeling lighter, refreshed, and deeply relaxed in a way I haven’t felt in a long time. A great place to truly unwind and reset!

Had the Detox and Zen Reset Special today after Salt Cave...thank you Teresa for recommending we come back on this not so busy Saturday! The infrared sauna was a dream I could have stayed in it forever, the cold bucket could have been colder but was nice:) for relief. All the resting space and quiet music really sets a great tone. Bromine water with cucumber and tea afterwards are very refreshing. For the head therapy and facial Brittany was fabulous, as good as an RMT with strong tender hands on my scalp, arms, legs and feet, alhough she did miss one hand. The facial was great.

Absolutely incredible! My guest and I booked the Zen Head Spa Ritual with Facial and Foot Treatment, and it exceeded every expectation. The staff were warm and professional, the atmosphere was so relaxing, and every part of the experience felt luxurious. The scalp massage was unforgettable, my hair felt amazing, and my skin was glowing after the facial. I left feeling completely refreshed and can't wait to come back. We celebrated my husband's birthday here in Salt Cave in Niagara Falls. We had 3 treatments and all 3 were great! Time in Cave was soothing and very relaxing. Noticeable easy breathing! Hot salt bath with borowina mud was just awesome. I am familiar with it as I was taking borowina mud wraps back in Poland. I am very happy that I was able to find borowina here. And than lovely Swedish massage. Britney and Maja took very good care of us. Thank you all for great time 💓

From beginning to end, walking in the door to the end of my appointment was pure bliss! The staff were very welcoming from the time I had called to book an appointment and couldn’t get one for the time that I was in Niagara Falls and so they put me in a waiting list and I was so ecstatic when they called to say they had a cancellation. I had the Diamond Head Spa Treatment, it was exactly what I needed, so totally relaxing and amazing…. We all know how great it is when we go to the Hairdresser and have our hair washed, it’s never long enough, well this was an hour of that! Highly recommended!
