Torie, Derrica and Chauntel made sure without a doubt that I was comfortable and made my spa day a relaxing experience. It was my first time being waxed and Derrica was a sweetheart with helping me to be relaxed and stay calm. Chantel was so soothing with her hands during my pedicure that I fell asleep. LOL. I walked in the door and was greeted by the nail tech in chair and ready to start the service on time .She started the service while talking about any nail convos that were important base on what she was seeing and answering any questions that I had. ...the service was well done and left me feeling really confident.... was very professional and the space was very stress free and relaxing .. 😊 money well spent 👌

My experience was relaxing. I began to feel the blood flow activated while the face mask was on. I could see a slight difference in my skin dullness. But with more treatments I hope it will get better.

Karma Spa was beyond relaxing. I booked a couples service with my wife and we both raved about how we felt afterwards. I practically felt drunk afterwards, it was that relaxing. This was all before I started sipping my rum punches by the way. Would absolutely recommend!!!

Absolutely amazing experience! The service room was unique, cute, and cozy. Marisa was so kind and knowledgeable. She provided me with a phenomenal mani/pedi and massage. She’s extremely skilled and personable. I would 100% recommend spa services with her. Services were also reasonably priced and well worth it.

Excellent service. Spa was closed on this day, but Roxann scheduled me and opened just for me as I am heading back out to the states . That’s what you call service. Very professional and she explained the procedure to me. Made sure I was comfortable during and also educated me on the after care. Loves it! I am def returning to Barbados for my follow up. My experience was good and God willing I will be back. Just one thing to note. I think the order in which things were done could have been different and the experience should have started with the neck and shoulder massage first to get the client relaxed as well as I thought the with the massage I would have been lying on my stomach. Then, it should continue with the brow wax and then the lashes. However, overall it was a lovely experience and Derica is very knowledgable and understanding.

Sabrina & the team are exceptional. The vibe of the spa is so serene & relaxing… from the music, to the aroma, to the hot towel to wipe your hands. I’ve been coming for years & will continue because it keeps getting better!

It was an absolutely beautiful experience. The staff were certain to make sure we enjoyed our special day and occasion at the spa. A very relaxing and refreshing experience and would definitely recommend it.
