Inga spent time getting to understand the areas that needed extra attention and helped to relieve a lot of tension and tightness in the muscles that was very much needed! Inga’s knowledge and the holistic experience, from the calming atmosphere to the high-quality oils and thoughtful details, made it truly exceptional. Nicole was running late and phoned to advise. Went in a little later and the salon was quiet but lovely to see members of the community randomly pop their head through the door to say hello to Nicole. Service was great, good consultation to check different colours and the style I wanted to change to, good chat, very friendly and loved the tea and biscuits! Really happy with the cut and colour! First time meeting with Tracey, on 16th instant, behind having had increasingly heavily swollen ankles & legs over the past 2-3 years for which the NHS can only offer Furosemide (in increasing doses!!!). Both I and my husband found Tracey to be very professional & very thorough. After all the usual health checks, she carefully explained what she was about to do and why!
