As always, excellent time at Recovery Hub. The ice baths were a little lower than usual but nothing too alarming, facilities were tidy and clean, love that there is soap and shampoo in the showers. Also the young girl working was incredibly friendly and kind. She has a great work ethic for a young girl. I love coming here.

An awesome experience. My daughter trains full time as a dancer and she felt the benefits immediately, especially with the compression therapy. We both felt like we were floating on air. Loved it all and will be back. I’ll work my way to the ice bath but felt the benefits from my brief attempt! 🙌

We booked a massage and compression package for our son who said that he really enjoyed it and his body is feeling better already! I'll be booking myself in aswell!!

Excellent loved the space just what the body needed definitely be back again

Had the most amazing massage, such a fantastic place with all you need to heal your body and relax!

The staff were extremely lovely and accomodating. My massage with Nicky was great and tied with the compression session my body is feeling as good as new

So relaxing

Awesome facilities will definitely be going back again
