I have just had the Energetic Bliss session with Giovanna. Lately I have been feeling tired and low in energy and motivation and decided it was time to get help with this. The session with Giovanna was truly an amazing experience. Giovanna was able to pick up where in my body my energy was blocked and link it to experiences in my life that I hadn't fully processed hence my energy block. The whole Reike session was gentle, relaxing and I felt safe and supported by Giovanna. I didnt really know much about Reike but found it to be so helpful. I cant recommend Giovanna highly enough.

Went to Adam without realising how much tension I had in both my back and legs and came out like a new woman. He focused on the specific parts of my body which were holding a lot of tension and ensured that I was comfortable throughout. Great experience and I will be back soon!!

Wonderful experience at Bells Nirvana! My partner and I had a duo full body massage and it was heavenly! Both girls were so lovely and accommodating, nothing was too much bother! Had a lovely experience with Catherine and Ellie! Booked a full body massage as a birthday treat for my husband and we couldn’t be happier with the service. We received really great quality robe and towels, the massage was delightful, we even went into a relaxation room after and got a fruit bowl with sorbet, chocolate and herbal tea. The thermal spa was included with our treatment which was lovely. Left the spa feeling so relaxed and refresh, we were a whole new couple! Couldn’t recommend Bells Nirvana more and Catherine and Ellie just provided the best service.

Been going to Aisling for few years now for reflexology and back massage. She listens to your areas of concern/ pain and tailor's the session to help provide relief. So relaxing and has done my body and my mental health wonders. I would highly recommend her.

A five star experience every visit . Aisling’s holistic bliss session is warm and relaxing I would highly recommend!! Look forward from one session to the next . After my me time I have an overall better sense of feeling calm and relaxed . This has been a journey for myself help and Aisling has been a great help throughout with her selection of different treatments so for anybody out there that is just thinking about going for a treatment id say Aisling is one of the best .
