I booked myself in for an age smart facial with Sarah and it was such a lovely experience. The service was amazing and she was so attentive throughout. She also provided me with lots of information about recommended products after. The only issue I had was with booking. As I had a voucher, I could only use it at wallisdown and I found the treatments shown online as being available in Wallisdown weren’t actually available there when I called them which was a little disappointing, but other than that it was a great experience.

My massage with Hoffman Ngai was excellent, he is very skilled and made me feel so comfortable. The staff is super friendly, the room is nice and warm, I really can't recommend Crow's Nest highly enough. I will definitely be back.

I recently trained with Dannii and had an amazing experience. Not only is she so knowledgeable about the non-surgical body contouring industry, she’s so incredibly passionate. Dannii is always on hand if I have a question or need some advice. I’ve trained at multiple other academies in the past where they have nothing to do with you once certified. I left the training feeling so confident in the treatment thanks to Dannii and her encouragement during the session. After seeing Dannii interact with her clients, you can see why she’s so highly rated. I can’t wait to come back for more training!

I just had the most amazing massage by Kimberley - actually, it was the best massage I've ever had. It was a full body Swedish massage given with such care and consideration to the parts of my body that I needed extra help with. I've come home feeling so much better and so relaxed. I would recommend Kimberley to anyone! And I will. The Venue is a stunning place - spotlessly clean and welcoming. I had the face sculpting massage today, and it was absolute bliss. I'm not great at switching my mind off, but Sarah's calming presence and skilled hands, combined with the tranquillity of the salon and the warm bed, meant I completely zoned out. My skin felt smooth, plump, and hydrated. 100% recommend, and I will definitely have this treatment again.

Barbara is really good. I had a Swedish full body massage. The room is quiet. Gentle soft music. And her pressure was fantastic. Really feel relaxed
