The massage itself was beyond amazing. The lymphatic drainage technique immediately helped reduce puffiness and tension, while the sculpting massage visibly contoured and defined areas I honestly didn’t expect to notice after just one session. I felt lighter, less bloated, energized, and deeply relaxed all at once. What really stood out was the attention to detail and how personalised the treatment felt. Couldn't recommend Sculpt enough! Had my first session yesterday with Sam. Such a calming space and I felt really comfortable. Sam was incredible. Talked me through whole process. This was my first lymphatic drainage massage and it was much more relaxing than I thought it would be. Sam really knows her stuff so I found it really interesting too. I will be definitely coming again x

What an amazing treatment. Highly recommend to anyone wanting some much needed “me” time. Liana is wonderful, she makes you feel relaxed as soon as you walk in the room. I could have stayed all day. This is definitely a new regular for me xx

Fabulous back, neck, shoulder massage yesterday followed by a facial with concentrated massage round the areas affected by my TMJ I suffer with. My skin was thankful for the hydration especially in the current heat we are having & as for the tension I hold in my jaw, head & neck I had a great relaxed night sleep & the best bit not woken up this morning with the “tension” dull headache I can get as my regular Botox treatment for my TMJ has worn off at the moment. Thank you Karen for the wonderful treatment yesterday, for the hours escapism & how great I feel this morning! X
