I had a great experience at Knead in Marpole, Vancouver. The space was clean, welcoming, and very comfortable, which immediately helped me relax. I was greeted warmly upon arrival, and my therapist Chris took the time to ask about my specific concerns before starting the session. Throughout the massage, his technique flowed seamlessly, creating a really calming and effective experience. I felt genuinely cared for the entire time, and it was clear he was attentive to my needs. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and much better overall. I would definitely recommend this therapist.

Got a 1.5hr full body deep tissue massage by Chris and I think I've been reborn. I don't get massages regularly so I wasnt sure what exactly to expect but Chris was very professional - he took time to understand if there were any focus areas I wanted to target and then got to work - he massages places I didn't even know needed massaging. The massage was so good and I felt to relaxed and refreshed afterwards and was surprised and impressed by how good I felt afterwards. . Give the man a raise!!

Came here to check it out and loved the experience so much, I will definitely be back. It’s beautiful, clean, quiet, and unpretentious. The chairs are very comfortable, the tea was sooo good and the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and a professional. I had Chris who helped me understand the connection between my foot muscles and breathing. He also gave me advice on how to work on this at home. Thanks Chris!!

The room was very relaxing with warm colours and a pleasant aroma. My foot massage felt great and the stretches at the end noticeably loosened my neck and shoulder muscles. The RMT was very patient managing my tight, injury-affected joints and checked in a few times to ask how I was doing. My only suggestion would be to offer a small pillow to lift client heads up a little when lying back in the armchair as my position left my neck feeling a little strained; I will communicate this earlier in my next session.
