THE BEST SPA ALL OF ONTARIO . From the moment I entered the spa I was welcomed by Irena warmly and felt at home. She was so kind to me. I explained to her that my skin was sensitive. She told me that the masseuse would accommodate me.I was then introducing to Tina . Tina was helpful in explaining the procedure to me and told me just to relax and I did just that.Now my experience getting a body scrub and massage was top tie. Everything went perfect from the switch to a warmth towel to a body scrub and then to oil and massage. Honestly Tina knew my pressure point .

Clinic was timely, organized with intake forms and appt reminders; place was very clean; all staff were kind and accommodating, our couple's massage was in a well-lit room that had blinds and allowed some sunlight in, which I loved; my partner and I each had a quality 1hr full-body massage. The only tip I would make is to have a longer massage table with more padding; I'm 5'7" and the table felt small, thin. *I was still comfortable, but as my toes were at the end of the table, I imagine it could be awkward short for anyone taller, or awkward stiff for patients with pain/sensitivites. Loved it! I know I selected a non-chatty massage but I think I might have talked more than my massage therapist Naomi. It was really good and I had to pause mid-sentence a lot of times to actually enjoy the massage. I am now looking into purchasing a membership so I can come every month to enjoy this goodness! Totally recommend.

I had a wonderful experience. The therapist (Garnet) was highly skilled and explained the process in detail. The lymphatic drained massage felt very relaxing, and I could feel the difference in my body afterward. Garnet made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire session.

Irena and other massage therapist was able to provide amazing aromatherapy for couple massage that was therapeutic to release tension. My body especially my neck and shoulders felt so light and looser with technique and use of lavender and basil essential oils to help with affected areas. Thank you so much for your service!

We had an amazing experience with Irene and Gregory. They were very detailed on the different types of oils and the effects of them. They were both also very professional, and detailed on which parts of our body were stiff and needed most work. After we both feel great and less tension on our muscles👍

Started the year off with irena ,her male partner by doing couple massages and going to my monthly appointment for a pick me up. She know the anatomy of the body really well and always get to the spots that have tension and release any discomfort of the muscles. along with using all her oils many to pick from if you want to recharge energy , Harmony, love , relaxation she know how to do all things will be returning again next month. IM OBSESSED WITH THIS PLACE 5⭐️ treatment from the time you walk in! Thank you irena we love you both!

My partner and I arrived on time for our appointment but had to wait 10 mins for the previous couple to leave/the room to be cleaned. I dont think this time was replaced for us Irina was absolutely wonderful! She was very thorough with the whole experience. I even fell asleep during—that’s how relaxing it was. My boyfriend had Gregory and did not have as great of an experience. He said he felt Gregory missed some spots (eg did one side of the body but not the other) and although it is meant to be a relaxing massage, the pressure was still way too light. Overall an okay experience!
