I treated myself to a head spa at The Loft in Niagara Falls with Krystal, and it was pure bliss. The space is gorgeous and calming, and Krystal’s touch is truly magic. I left feeling completely relaxed, recharged, and reset …the perfect birthday treat! If you’re looking for a hidden gem to unwind and indulge in some serious self-care, this is it. The staff and service are great! I used to work in the medical cosmetic industry. The amount of knowledge & attention to detail LuxBody provides to me as a customer is greatly appreciated. Monika has a wealth of knowledge about the industry, the technology behind her equipment & the real-life “hands-on” application of these services. She always provides extra TLC with her customer service & guidance which greatly appreciated as someone who works 50-60 hours / week with breast cancer patients. Monika, her team, & their services are definitely worth the 50 minute drive it takes me to get there.
