I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a lymphatic massage with Jodie, and it was truly rejuvenating. She was incredibly professional & knowledgeable. After the session, I felt a significant reduction in swelling and a sense of overall relaxation.My body felt lighter and more energized. What impressed me the most was Jodie's attention to detail and her ability to target specific areas that needed extra care. I love this EmBody contouring machine! I started in late Nov on the body blitz and I am so happy that I have rebuilt my core muscles after a four finger Ab Separation (2 babies and 2 CSections) - other things I’ve noticed are no back pain and tone !!! I’m so happy thanks Jen

I targeted my thighs and bingo wings and had some success. The machine really hurts, to start with, but Jen turned it down until I got used to it. She's very professional. I'm now trying Embody!

Was such a great experience from the start to finish of my appointment. The clinic had a power outage due to an electrical fire and the owner Jodie handled it so well. They had to change my appointment a bit to suit doing it in candle light and were so apologetic and professional. I will definitely be going back and recommend Amore Body Lab and their staff AAA+++
