My first experience with body sculpting was great. The team were informative, friendly and made me feel at ease during the process. The complimentary water and hair masks provided before going in the sauna were a nice little touch to and made the experience feel like a real treat. Had my first Brazilian lymphatic drainage massage with Jojo and it was amazing! Not only did I feel lighter in my body right after the session, but when I caught up with my bestie a few days later, she commented that she noticed my neck and arms were noticeably slimmer as well. I wasn't expecting that but was so nice to hear the physical results were noticeable too! I'm definitely going to make this a regular part of my Gym Junkie membership 🥰

Sessions at The Gym are always so lovely with the best staff around. I had tummy sculpting and did the infra-red bed, and a week out my waistline is 4cm down! Absolutely incredible results from one session
