Nice staff and the interior design is very spacious with natural materials. I had a sauna, it was a very roomy and clean and private unit. Good price, too, similar treatments in chch are more expensive. Would def go again next time I'm in town .

The experience was great, however would like to know what products are being used when and what it can do for your skin, easy to upsell on the bed rather than afterward. Also feed back on your actual skin and what could help - I maybe need to be booking into Groom for the actual analysis so could be barking up the wrong tree here.

Excellent. And the products available in the sauna rooms (the shampoo, conditioner, body cleanser) are of exceptional quality as well. It's a minor point, but it is appreciated. Of course immaculate and the staff are a delight.

Calming as soon as my foot was in the door,greeted promptly and professionally beautiful manner and told me about the birthday deals etc , lovely salt drink and raw slice ,I purchased couple of salts sachets to take to Aussie with me soon ,not forgetting the treatment warming inside my body could feel the red lights acting sharply😊
