Wat is een bodyscrub en wat zijn de voordelen ervan?

Een bodyscrub is een huidverzorgingsbehandeling waarbij de huid wordt geëxfolieerd met een korrelige substantie, meestal een combinatie van suiker, zout of andere natuurlijke exfolianten, gemengd met oliën of lotions. Er zijn veel soorten bodyscrub, waaronder zoutscrubs, suikerscrubs, koffiescrubs, exfoliërende scrubs met ingrediënten zoals fruitextracten of gemalen noten, en meer. Houd bij het kiezen van een bodyscrub rekening met je huidtype. Overweeg voor de gevoelige huid zachte scrubs met fijnere deeltjes. Als je een droge huid hebt, zoek dan naar hydraterende scrubs met hydraterende ingrediënten.
