I found Nat to be very professional and the environment had a relaxing vibe. On arrival I was asked if I had any issues or if there were specific areas that needed attention. You pick your own level of massage from, soft, medium or hard intensity. After explaining I had a sore shoulder and neck area we moved to the treatment room. I had a full body deep tissue massage and I can say Nat worked hard on every muscle starting on my calfs and thighs followed by my lower back,shoulders, arms and finishing with my head. She really worked my should and neck area. It was a great experience. Recommend

I visited Nat Sports and Thai Massage for a sports massage to help relieve a few aches and pains, and I couldn’t be happier with the treatment. Nat was professional, knowledgeable and quickly identified the areas that needed attention. The massage was thorough and tailored to exactly what I needed. It was the perfect balance of working out the tight muscles while making sure I was comfortable throughout. I left feeling looser, far less stiff, and with a noticeable reduction in the aches I’d been carrying.

I went with fairly long term muscle problems in my back and I’m very glad I did. I feel like I’ve gone a few rounds with frank bruno but Nat has worked magic and for the first time in a year I have marked improvement in discomfort. I will definitely be back and would not hesitate to recommend.
