Fantastic spa facilities; steam room, dry and wet sauna, jacuzzi and salt room. Great for relaxing in after my massage session.

The best Thai massage I’ve had in London! The atmosphere is peaceful and cozy, just like a luxury 5-star hotel spa. The staff are warm and welcoming. The therapist was very professional, asked about my pain points before starting, and worked on all the right spots. I walked out feeling completely refreshed — lighter, relaxed, and tension-free. I love that they don’t rush the session, the aromatherapy oil smells amazing, and the room is clean and private. The location is also super convenient, just a short walk from Waterloo station. 💯 Highly recommended! Amy I will definitely come back.

Ambee is incredibly knowledgeable, it’s very comfortable trusting your skin and body with her. She is not driven by just providing a service, she actually advises you on your skin and with the advanced technology she uses makes it possible to execute. I’ve been to a lot of skin clinics but this is by far the one that stands out. She knows how to cater to all skins, I am of a darker skin tone - African, and yet she was able to adjust accordingly. Very pleased.

You must book with Ilona! I'm visiting London for work and have gone to see her for treatments 3 times. She is so good my husband and friend went to see her as well, and we all agree she is the BEST massage therapist we have ever seen. My husband and I are professional dancers and have terrible bodies; years of overwork and injury make us tough clients. We saw Ilona for deep tissue massages and she showed incredible understanding and knowledge of the body. She can somehow balance providing therapeutic "tough love" pressure and technique and a relaxing experience all at once.

Mangala gave me an excellent massage today, he instinctively combines firm and relaxing pressure treatments in different parts of the body, where needed. Although Mangala asked me where I have aches in my body, it's like he already knew anyway once my massage was underway. I shall strongly recommend Mangala to my friends.

I’m from Romania and I came to London just to visit my sister. I honestly didn’t have much expectation because I always do my treatments back home and I’m very used to how things are done there. But this salon really surprised me. The care, the details, the way they work, everything felt very professional and nice. I didn’t expect to like it this much. When I left I was thinking that I wish we had a place like this in Romania. If I lived here I would 100% come back. I really recommend it.

I visited Thai Baan Massage Waterloo and had a massage with Nick. The experience was outstanding from start to finish. Nick is highly skilled, friendly, and made me feel very comfortable. My body felt lighter and more relaxed after the massage. I will definitely come back again.

Really wonderful place for a massage. Lymphatic drainage is amazing, it's like being stroked gently all over your body and the effects are awesome. I have been going to this salon for a year and it’s wonderful. It is the same care that you can find in Brazil, everyone is polite, professional and friendly.
