I went for a relaxation massage but also mentioned I’d been having problems with my back and neck. Ceri was absolutely brilliant — she understood exactly what was going on and worked on the areas that needed it most. The pressure was just right, firm where it needed to be, but she always checked that I was comfortable. By the end I felt like a huge weight had been lifted — relaxed, lighter, and completely at ease. Ceri really does have a gift!

Amazing facial, massage and body scrub all expertly and professionally administered by Megan. My skin feels wonderful. So relaxing and rejuvenated. All the staff in the spa are pleasant and welcoming. I highly recommend the experience and would love to return.

I had a lovely rose body scrub which I really enjoyed especially by the wonderful Mia who always does a fantastic job and makes the whole experience a real treat.

I had a full body massage off Sophia, I was skeptical at first as I’d only ever had one abroad and it was so uncomfortable, Sophia spoke to me first about what the treatment entailed and I asked if she couldn’t do my stomach area (although the benefits sounded amazing) it was the most relaxing time of my life and I’ll 1000000000% book it again. The relief I felt was unreal, was like a weigh being lifted off my shoulders! If you’re on the fence about having a full body this is your sign to book because I can guarantee you it’ll be the best thing you book!!

Had the best pamper morning with Ceri getting the pumpkin spice package🎃 massage with a scrub that smelt absolutely amazing followed by the best facial. My skin feels amazing and is glowing! So happy I went for this package. I couldn’t recommend ceri enough.

Had a lovely few days at Bodysgallen. Great hotel with plentiful and personable staff. The building is full of historical connections and has several comfortable public rooms, ideal for relaxing or reading. The gardens and the spa are on your doorstep and are really well maintained and add to the overall experience. Location wise, Bodnant garden and Llandudno are both within 15 mins drive.

It’s always a pleasure to visit Ceri for a treatment and today I treated myself to the summer glow package which was fantastic. My skin feels so soft after the scrub and the massage and mini facial were really relaxing. Can’t wait to visit again.

We had a half day spa with full body massage then afternoon tea in the Hall. Wonderful day. The spa is lovely, clean, has all u need, nice relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, never felt too busy or too quiet, lovely and very helpful staff. Massage was amazing, clearly very experienced, lovely relaxing space, beautiful products, not rushed at all and then relax room was nice. Then afternoon tea at hall was fab. Best one I've ever had with lovely people looking after us and had lovely chat with local staff learning all about the house and local area. Couldn't have been better. Thank you!

Ceri was very welcoming on arrival and throughout the treatment. She made me feel at ease and took an interest in making sure I felt comfortable at all times, explaining the muscles she would work after learning where I needed attention. Prior to today I was very worried having a stranger massage me as I have body confidence issues but at all times I felt at ease by Ceri’s work and her lovely, professional manner throughout. A fantastic experience, not just for relieving leg muscles which are no longer tight and tense after today but also helping clear my mind and de-stress. Highly recommend.
