First visit here today for an Indian head massage and Swedish full body massage. Lovely relaxing atmosphere, was made to feel at ease straightaway and the treatments were amazing. I came out so relaxed ☺️ Will definitely be back xx

Absolutely loved my full body massage & hot stones with Gaynor. This is the first time I’ve ever had a massage as I’ve always avoided it with having a cervical slipped disc, it was the best decision I could of made having it done. Gaynor made me feel so comfortable & relaxed, explained everything in detail. My daily pain feels so much more subsided, this is something I will go on to have done on a monthly basis, the environment is relaxing & comfortable I almost fell asleep. If you have ever wanted a massage but not been sure if you’d feel comfortable The Massage Academy is the place for you.

The BEST day ever. Thoroughly pampered from start to finish! My Thai foot and hand massage was amaaaazing Thankyou Scott! Full body massage by Michaels was fantastic and the Reiki was out of this world I can’t believe how relaxed I felt afterwards. I could actually feel the healing releasing trauma from my body. As always, a trip to R&R Wellness is a pleasure. The girls as so nice and always make me feel special. Vicky and the girls are exceptional in what they do. A lovely full body massage, found all my knots and very relaxing

Had a full body exfoliation massage by Anne-Marie, and WOW. Such a fab treatment to prepare the skin for holiday; helps to tan and I find tan lasts longer. Anne-Marie was very knowledgeable and professional, would not hesitate to have this treatment again.

Had a back, neck and shoulder massage with Gaynor today. Well what can I say.. the massage was genuinely one of the best massages I’ve ever had (and I’ve had a fair few). Gaynor made me feel right at ease straight away, she was was extremely informative and knowledgable. The massage itself was amazing and tailored exactly to what my body needed. Would highly recommend 110% can’t wait for the next one!!
