The double treatment deal was amazing. Felt my body was really worked on during massage and foot scrub. We then had high tea in the relaxing and friendly dine area. Which topped off our special pamper day. Really friendly and welcoming staff. We will be back. Loved it.

Another wonderful visit Jasmin used the new energy device/laser on my face today. I usually have IPL however, this device is more powerful and only requires one delivery flash on the red areas. Although it is more powerful than IPL it is easily tolerated and Jasmin is so good at explaining everything during the delivery. I am excited to see the results as the literature is impressive.

My best friend and I were in today and saw Natasha and Stacey. We had the aromatherapy massage and the arm and shoulder scrub and massage. The treatment itself was absolutely wonderful. All the staff we met were really friendly. The location was clean and well decorated, and smelled amazing! We were properly looked after and can’t wait to come back again. Thank you so much, you made my birthday ☺️

Had both a full body hot stones and an hours Indian head massage by Caitlin and it was absolutely fantastic. Melted all my stress and tensions away. I’ve so relaxed since and I know I will get a great sleep tonight. I booked my next appointments before I left! Highly reckomwnt Caitlin and Parl West Spa. Absolutely Fantastic! I booked in for a deep tissue massage with Jocelyn, she worked the painful areas in my shoulders and continued to work through the rest of my body! All I can say is “absolutely Fab” will defo be back again! Thank you Jocelyn!
